Patt Technologies was founded with one primary mission, to provide a dependable and robust continous pressure filtration solution. This work began in 1986 with the Rotary III, a continous pressure rotary filtration solution. This system was paired with custom made dies and adapters also made by Patt, allowing for a perfectly integrated and optimized system. This orginal offering allowed Patt to tackle projects dealing with a variety of polymers such as: polypropylene, PVC, PVCA, CPVC, polystyrene, polyethylene and nylon, to name a few. Patt would go on to iterate on this first design bringing a variety of new solutions to the plastics filtration space, even stepping in to food processing. This innovation has allowed Patt to tackle any project in the plastic filtration space with a custom continous pressure rotary filtration solution that is dependable, robust and long lasting.
Patt first stepped in to the continous pressure plastic filtration sector after noticing a dearth of solutions present in North America. With the introduction of a rotary solution Patt was also able to improve upon some of the challenges faced by other filtration solutions like slide plate, continous belt-type, and continous bolt-type filtration solutions. Patt's continous pressure rotary filtration systems improve on these offerings in a variety of ways including, process stability, the ability to use reclaim without affecting product quality, reduce off spec material due to pressure spikes or degraded material, no throughput losses due to pressure increases and no downtime or process interuption during screen changes. In addition to these things, these advantages will also allow the Patt rotary solution to run reclaim without affecting the quality of the final product, as well as, filter finer than other traditional solutions. This means a continous rotary filtartion solution from Patt will allow you to run a greener, cleaner, better quality product for less.
Whatever your issue may be, Patt has a filtration solution to help you. We can not wait to start working on a custom solution for you.
Give us a headstart in quoting a custom solution for you by providing us some basic information about your specific process (through-put, material contaminant load, desired filtration finesse).
