Precision flat grinding is a useful method for finishing parts requiring a very smooth surface, a surface with ultra specific tolerances or even a combination of the two. With our machines and years of expertise in the field, we are able to achieve thickness tolerances of +/- 0.002mm. We are also equipped to deal with a variety of materials. We offer travels of up to 1500x1000x900mm and a max weight of up to 3 tons.

Wire edm cutting provides a method of subtractive machining used to make extremely complex parts with a high level of precision for almost all conductive materials. This especially useful for very hard materials such as highly alloyed or hardened steels, as well as, materials that are prone to gum up like titanium. We offer travels up to 800x600x505mm”, workpeice dimensions of up to 1250x1020x505mm with a max weight of 3000KG, allowing us to tackle any job.

Our robust CNC machines provide high-quality precision machining. We specialize in small to medium-sized production runs and can work with a wide range of materials, with a specific specialization working with hardened steels. We offer travels of up to 840x840x760mm, workpeice dimensions of up to 940x940x1000 and a max workpiece weight 1500kg.

Our large lathes allow us to tackle your most unweildly projects. We offer a variety of turning operations such as cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling, deformation, facing and turning.  We offer to turn parts up to 670mm in diameter and up to 2000mm long.
