Machining Capabilities

Precision Flat Grinding

Precision Flat Grinding

Precision Flat Grinding

Industrial grinding machine with a protective cover and warning label.

We provide precision surface grinding for parts that demand ultra-smooth finishes, tight flatness, and exact thickness control. With experienced operators and calibrated equipment, we routinely hold ±0.001 mm thickness tolerance on suitable geometries and materials. Our shop handles tool steels, stainless, superalloys, and non-ferrous alloys, supporting both one-off and production work.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Work envelope (X × Y × Z travel): up to 1500 × 1000 × 900 mm (59.1 × 39.4 × 35.4 in)

  • Max workpiece weight: 3,000 kg (6600 lb)

  • Outcomes: tight parallelism/flatness, controlled surface finish (Ra on request), and consistent repeatability across batches

Wire EDM Cutting

Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
Wire EDM allows us to cut extremely complex geometries with micron-level precision in any electrically conductive material—including hardened tool steels, high-alloy stainless, titanium, nickel superalloys, and carbides. Because cutting is thermal (spark erosion), there’s no cutting force, making it ideal for thin walls, delicate features, and very hard materials that would gum or work-harden with conventional machining.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Axis travel (X×Y×Z): up to 800 × 600 × 505 mm (31.5 × 23.6 × 19.9 in)

  • Max workpiece size: 1250 × 1020 × 505 mm (49.2 × 40.2 × 19.9 in)

  • Max workpiece weight: 3000 kg (6600 lb)

Turning Operations

Industrial CNC machine with control panel in a workshop.

Our robust CNC mills and machining centers deliver tight-tolerance parts with repeatable quality. We specialize in small to medium production runs and excel at hardened steels, while also machining stainless, tool steels, nickel alloys, aluminum, and titanium.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Axis travel (X × Y × Z): up to 840 × 840 × 760 mm (33.1 × 33.1 × 29.9 in)

  • Max workpiece size (L × W × H): up to 940 × 940 × 1000 mm ( 37.0 × 37.0 × 39.4 in)

  • Max workpiece weight: 1,500 kg (3300 lb)

Our large lathes handle the jobs smaller machines can’t, delivering precise turning on heavy, unwieldy parts. We perform cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling, facing, and turning across a wide range of alloys and hard materials, with consistent accuracy and finish.

Capabilities at a glance

  • Max swing / diameter: up to 670 mm (26.4 in)

  • Max length between centers: up to 2000 mm (78.7 in)

We’ve spent decades assembling our own constant-pressure filtration systems and related tooling, and we bring that same rigor to customer builds. Our assembly team combines mechanical, electrical, and controls know-how to deliver clean, reliable, documentation-backed assemblies that run right the first time.

Our team of experienced machinists, designers, and programmers supports your project from first sketch to final inspection. We handle mechanical drafting (2D/3D), and create optimized CAM programs (3–4 axis toolpaths) with full simulation. On complex builds, we help untangle tough problems, tolerance stack-ups, heat-treat distortion, material substitutions, and fixturing strategies, so parts run right the first time.

What’s included

  • Drafting & Documentation: production drawings and BOMs

  • CAM Programming: efficient toolpaths, collision-checked simulations, in-process probing.

  • Quality Control: CMM and optical inspection, material certs, hardness reports
