Patt Technologies entered the continuous-pressure plastic filtration space in 1986, with the Rotary III, an integrated, rotary filtration system paired with custom dies and adapters to ensure perfect fit and process stability. Since then, we’ve iterated that design into a family of constant-pressure, continuous rotary filtration solutions built for real-world production across PVC, CPVC, PP, PE, PS, PA (nylons) and more—plus specialty applications in technical polymers and even food processing. The result is a dependable, robust platform engineered to run cleaner, greener, and longer.

Unlike slide-plate, continuous belt, or bolt-type filters, Patt’s constant-pressure rotary approach maintains steady melt pressure through screen changes, no downtime, no process interruption. That stability reduces off-spec material from pressure spikes or thermal degradation, preserves throughput as differential pressure rises, and enables finer filtration without sacrificing product quality, especially when running reclaim. In short: a Patt rotary system helps you increase uptime, protect quality, and lower total cost per kilogram.

The Collosus, our solution for ultra- fine filtration requirements and heavy contaminant loads with use cases stretching from compounding to recycling. Features easily removable candle filtration elements for no interruptions changeouts, and the largest active filtration area in the PATT lineup. A pulsed backwash system helps extend candle life.
